Pours a completely clear golden yellow flavor. There is a trace of dark sediment in the bottle, but it doesn't stir up even after three or four pours. Slight fruity aroma with a long nose of spice. Quite sharp and spritzy on the tongue with some club soda taste.
At first sip, this is so light I thought it was the American Wheat. However, it soon opens up into a strong clove taste with a bitter spice aftertaste. Fruity flavors of peach nectar and finally some banana in the nose. Quite a fragrant, perfumey flavor that ends with a bitter and even earthy taste. This is clean and drinkable, but it is not a very good example of the style.

A new beer from my home state and had to give it a taste.
It has mellow yellow color that seems too light and clear for a hefewizen but the taste has a great twist. Sweet that turns to a mellow smiley or woody backtaste. The aftertatse leaves a not great almost metal taste but with more flavors of the first taste. Not the best of its style but far from the worst

One of the best Hefeweizens I have ever had. It pours smooth with a golden yellow hue, light head. Its smell is bright with citrus tones which are followed by a clean and crisp that pairs perfectly with a lemon or orange wedge. The finish is pleasant with just a light splash of hops. Fantastic whether from a bottle, growler, or draft.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass, unknown bottled date. This pours a light yellow color with a massive long lasting white head. The smells are sweet, cloves, banana, wheat, fresh and refreshing. The feel is medium light. The taste is good enough, very light, the cloves, yeast esters, some wheat.

Tried both on tap and out of bottle. Have to say, I prefer the bottle treatment. May have been that the tap at the place I tried it was kept too cold. Great banana and clove flavor from the yeast. ABV was a bit high for a hefe', but did not spoil the flavor of the brew. Recommend trying this one on site.
Tried at SA Homebrew in bottle and at the Cove in San Antonio on tap.

On tap at the Phoenix Saloon in New Braunfels.
Served with a slice of lemon. The beer pours a hazy straw color with a white head. The aroma is full of banana and grain with some wheat thrown in. The flavor is heavy on the banana notes. There is some wheat and grain, but very little in the way of cloves. Medium, creamy mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
