Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours the color of ginger ale with a thin and fizzy white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of ginger and a touch of hops. Light-bodied and effervescent with a ginger ale flavor that has a touch of hops and malt in the background. The finish is mildly spiced ginger with a ligjt hops aftertaste. Interesting idea overall but I did not like it too much.
