A- light straw color with a tight white head that dissipated in seconds. Little to no lacing. Very clear with a touch of haze.

S- smells of wheat, grass, light citrus, and belgian yeast. Maybe a touch of pepper and slight orange rind. Pretty muted but not bad.

T- the flavor is very good on this. I couldn't pick up on much while it was cold; very drinkable. As it warms it releases lemon, hay, goat milk, wood, grass, and peppercorn flavors. All are slight but rather nice. The fairly high abv is only present when very warm.

M- high carbonation and fairly light body with a slick mouthfeel. Nice.

O- this is listed as a "belgian tripel wheat with french barley, oats, orange blossom honey, and candi sugar" which sounds like a farmhouse ale to me, not a real saison yeast flavor though. A nice spring beer with grassy, citrusy, pepper flavor and lighter body. Give it a try.
