Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brew pub. Made with jalapeno peppers.

Pours golden, hazy, fluffy white head, no retention or lacing though.

Aroma is of green chilis, wheat, and some spiciness.

Flavor is like a light wheat beer with plenty of jalapeno and some maltiness. Just like with most chile beers the pepper dominates the flavor, making picking other nuances out impossible. Very low bitterness (8 IBUs per the menu).

Body is medium, a bit heavier than I'd expect for something 3.7% abv. Drinkable but I'm definitely not a chile beer fan.
