Poured a hazy gold with a finger of off-white head. Mild aroma of wheat, lemon, and light spice.

Moderate carbonation and a light, slightly thin mouthfeel. Lots of wheat mixed with lemon, light clove, and some strong/odd soapy flavors on the finish (my drinking partner confirmed this).

Saisons are my favorite style but something seemed off here. Good potential, though...nice and light and could be quite refreshing.

A: Poured a clear golden yellowish color with a nice white cap which quickly fades. Head retention was a little lacking.

S: Big Earthiness with light pear, apple

T: Initial little bit of bitterness with some Earthiness, hay, red apples, ripe pears and white grapes with a little spice

M: Lighter to medium bodied, pretty refreshing, crisp and clean

O: This beer was pseudo good for the style but the lightness of it made it very wasy to sip down
