440 mL can poured into a pint glass tumbler.
Saw this in a Tesco recently and had never tried--never even noticed it if I'm honest. So I wasn't sure what to expect.
To say I was disappointed isn't entirely accurate, since I didn't really have any expectations going into it. But I was thoroughly under-whelmed at this beer. It is lacking in both taste and aroma. Mouthfeel and appearance are 'okay,' but not enough to give this a higher review.

440ml can poured into a standard pint pot.
A. Pale orange in colour with a tight, smooth creamy white head approximately 3cm in depth.
S. Some malt
T. A little fruity malt
M. Thin
D. A smooth beer to drink, sadly let down by its bland aroma and taste.

pours a bronce couloured liquid with a creamy firm head ...
a hoppy smell with hints of exotic flowers ...
taste is rather nutty (cashew), with some wood and hints of bananas and starfruit ...
not a classic, however a good everyday bitter (definitely better than anything one would expect from Coors ...)

I believe it's the modern version of the legendary Worthington White Shield. Had a lot of this ale in Derbyshire and enjoyed every drop. Magnificent creamy head, big fruity aroma, complex taste with a charming mix of acidity and fruitiness, just a right amount of carbonation. Great bitter, I wish I could make it my daily drink.

An "ok" session beer sampled in a pub in England. After seeing the same thing over and over again at all the tied houses, I saw this one in a pub in Covent Garden. Appearance was quite nice and inviting, but nondescript and like pretty much every other nitro ale you've ever seen. No real aroma to speak of. Neither offensive nor inviting. Slight metalic taste which dissipates, smooth, creamy but somewhat bland and unremarkable. Kinda like what poor Boddingtons has now become. Pretty drinkable since its not offensive and has a low ABV, but there's no real reason to seek it out, especially if there's cask ale available.

On tap in a English pub in England. First had a little metallic taste, but went away after the first few sips. Nice light reddish amber color with a head that stayed. It was served just lightly chilled. Low carbonation, but very good. Its a good bitter at all and very drinkable. Its served lightly chilled so you can taste the complex flavors.

Found this on nitro at an airport in the UK. The bar was packed at 10 AM in the morning. The English are maniacs, drinking that damn early. Anyway, I had no problem fitting in...
Amber body with a creamy white/yellowish head that really sticks around. Nitro produces a wonderful cascading effect. Smell was light malt and with a mild hoppiness. Great malt taste with caramel and buttery notes. The slightest metallic flavor which I didn't mind, but actually enjoyed. Just enough hop bitterness comes through in the end and then a mild bitter aftertaste. Very smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Highly recommended if you're ever in England. This is a true, tried, and traditional English brew.

This bitter poured a deep amber color with creamy, white, nitrogen foam that persisted and coated the glass. The smell was very minimal, but some malt could be detected. The taste was malty with some bitter hops which persisted as a slightly hoppy aftertaste. A fairly light flavor. The mouthfeel was very smooth and silky with low carbonation and medium body. Fairly clean on the palate. This was an OK bitter.

Had this on tap at Rocket's Bar, London. Clear, light amber with red accents, forming a whipped meringue white head atop small bubbles with excellent retention and lacing. Mild carbonation. Smell is lightly fruity with mild hop aroma. Mouthfeel is silky smooth. Taste is lightly grassy with very faint sweet malts. Finish is watery with light, smooth bittering hops. Extremely easy to drink, making a great session beer.

Crystal amber color with a 1/4 inch constant white head. Slight roast nose. Malty chewy taste with caramel sweetness. Smooth medium/full mouth. Low carbonation. The brew seemed to lack balence on the hop side. The taste does not live up the billing of the mouth and appearance.

Sampled from nitro-tap. Overly creamy, overly watery, overly weak, also has a bit of a chemical preservative taste, not really pleasnt to drink, whichever way you look at it.
