Amber color in the Stella Artois glass. Modest head but quite spritzy on the tongue.

Tastes like an American Wheat with some spice. Not much Belgian character, but it's certainly quaffable. Brewer says it's brewed with chamomile as well as the usual orange and coriander. Fortunately the chamomile is very faint, but the overall effect is a little over-spiced. Warm tones and a little perfumey. Surprisingly bitter but 26 IBU is what's claimed, so maybe it's from all the herbs.

From the 22 oz bottle bought at Beer Revolution in Oakland.
