I decided to go into to the Brewery to taste their offerings. I went on the 15th of September. The place was slightly populated with customers. The person that pour me the beers was super friendly. I enjoyed the conversation that I had with her. Other staff here was really nice and hospitable. I did not try the food, so I can comment on that aspect. I tried all four of the beer that they had on tap. I was so glad that I got a pint of Black Canyon Scorpion APA. It was the best beer they had on tap. Something that impressed me about this brewery was they valued input to improve their beers. They asked me come back in a couple of weeks to try more of their selection. I am stoke to see how Snow Eagle will evolve. If they continue to strive for great beers, this sparsely populated watering hole will become a local favorite.

Fairly new brewery/restaurant. Occupies the same site as the former Brownstone. Decor seems unchanged, save a new sign outside.
Good variety of beers on tap. Unfortunately, my wife's first two choices were 'just out'. She settled on the Hefeweizen, and didn't finish it. I chose to get samples of the available beers.
I wish we had spent more time at Idaho Brewing Co. instead of this place.
Service was terrible. We were escorted to our table by a woman who, as far as I could tell, didn't speak any English. Our original waiter dropped of menus and said he would be right back to take our orders. We watched him flit around not really doing anything for about 20 minutes. He even refilled water on the table next to us and tried not to make eye contact. It was a Monday afternoon, and the place was far from busy. We were just getting up to leave when another waitress asked if we were being helped. She was apologetic and we stayed for lunch.
Menu consisted of sandwiches and fried offerings. Nothing particularly unique or well executed. There was a separate sushi bar menu for what appeared to be a restaurant within a restaurant. Raw seafood in mediocre Idaho restaurant? I'll pass.
I ordered buffalo wings and wife got a quesadilla. Wings were tiny and tough. Around $9 for 6 if I recall. Quesadilla was as good as any you would whip up at home.
I enjoyed the Brownstone for what it was. I do not plan on revisiting this place, and would not be surprised if it closed or changed hands by the next time I am in town.

Location is cool, just across from the Idaho Falls in downtown Idaho Falls. Staff was courteous but not very knowledgeable about beer. At least the person opening when I was there. Very clean and beer was tasty enough to satisfy.
Overall if you are passing through be sure to stop by.
