Darwin's is where Mad Crow used to be. The layout is the same, the brewery appears to be identical as well. Staff has changed, hours are different. Most importantly, more beers on tap!
I met one of the brewers at another establishment. He comes from Southern Tier of Creme Brulee fame. Good start in my book.
On a Saturday night there was a Spanish guitar duo playing for some awesome ambiance.
Finding the place is still the hardest part as it isn't on the corner and all obvious. But if you want good, locally made beer, you need to find it, as the beer is very good and the food, Peruvian, sounds very nice.
Service is good, friendly, attentive but not clingy. Had no trouble getting my reviews in but they were around to answer my questions, too.
The vibe a little yuppy/upper crusty for my slovenly self but relaxing as well, at least on the bar side. The food side is much more snobby looking.
Regardless, I'll be back to add more beers, unless someone beats me to it.

The food was incredable! The atmosphere and decore very nice and well designed. The staff willing to help and answer any questions we had. In fact, the brew master, Jared, was sitting at the bar and able to give me some input to his brews. The food, largely influenced by Chef Darwin's Peruvian heritage, was cooked perfectly, well ballanced and included a number of exciting seafood dishes.
