Turmbräu is a small, part-time brewing outfit run by one of the owners of the Hotel Markusturm. As far as I know, their biers are only available at the hotel (and its restaurant) itself. You can have a bier while dining, or in their lobby if you only want to quaff. That's what I did - the lobby route. The hotel itself is quite nice, with the lobby having a blend of traditional German decor with some modern touches. The dining room is quite a bit more upscale. I tried two of the three biers they had - a Helles and a Dunkles, with the latter being superior. The staff was attentive and helpful thoughout. Stop in to try something different than the Tucher usually found throughout the town. Prosit!!
