12 oz bottle thanks to Yamar68, pours a dark amber with a finger of off white head, lacing is lacking.
Aroma is funky, tart citrus, wild yeast.
Taste is sour grapes, lemon zest, green apple, some berries trying to balance it out, wild yeast plays throughout, woodsy aspect, cider like.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, light carbonation, thin and watery.
Overall sour and funky, needs something to make this one really stand out.

Appearance: Pours a hazy medium brown/ruby color with a one and a half finger tan creamy foam head that fades slowly and leaves nice sticky lacing.
Smell: Has a nice sweet and yeasty aroma with a hint of sour to it.
Taste: Much like it smells, there is a sweet and flavorful yeast and wheat combination and a slight sour apple flavor that goes well with the funky farmhouse type yeast. Not quite as sour as a Flemmish sour ale, but along those lines. Interesting.
Mouth feel: Slippery, creamy and refreshing.
Overall: A nice interpretation of the German Amber Weiss style. I like the hint of sourness it has, and I relly like the subtle but funky yeast strain. A nice local Minnesota brew.

Pours a murky, dark amber with a massive head that quickly settled to a skim of suds. Just a few specks of lacing is left on the glass.
Aroma of green apples and wheat malt. Slight yeast phenols compliments the tartness.
Moderately tart and acidic. This beer has bit of a different twist by being a dunkel with its dark wheat flavors. Get flavors of green apples, dark bread, citrus, and a touch of cloves.
Light body but the carbonation is not as spirited as I would of liked. Feels a little lifeless on the palate.
After recently having some underwhelming attempts at the style, this one took me by surprise by its qualities. I would definately buy this again.

Another Minnesota brewery, this one seemingly coming out of nowhere, hadn't even heard of them before seeing their 12 oz. bottles on the shelf, so I grabbed a single. Another bandwagon brewery or somebody with some promise? Lessee. Grilling some burgers, seemed a good time to pop this one open.
The pop is subdued, as is the carbonation; some might say it doesn't even exist. Ruddy-cheeked red in color; an uninteresting brown until exposed to the slightest of light, which causes it to morph. Nose is tame to the point of submissive; faint tartness, little else.
Purity Amber Weiss just isn't quite dialed in. There's a pleasing tartness on the tongue, but it's lumped in with a graininess that's a tad jarring & not well integrated. Bit of lemongrass & puckering fruit, sweet backdrop. Not much going on.
This is an underbrewed style around these parts & I was hoping for a winner - this ain't it. Not bad, but not good either, this carves a groove down the middle of mediocre. Enough to give their other current brew a sniff.

Poured from 12oz bottle to pint glass. Old school label, complete with freshness dating.
Pours a murky, burnt honey gold with a quick, noisy half finger of off-white. No real lacing. Slow, consistent beading.
The nose boasts a whole bunch of cereal bits. Some rhubarb tartness beneath that.
There are some key players on the tongue but the body of this beer is really a downfall. Far too thin. I detect some yeasty clove, some more rhubarb, pushing on sour. It's like a funky apple juice that sat on some yeast for a bit.
This one has potential but could use some serious time at the gym.
