Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance –Served a medium amber color with a one finger white head. The head faded rather fast to leave a great level of lacing on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma was rather light overall. It consisted of some sweet caramel and fruit smells with hints of citrus and piney hops mixed within.
Taste - The taste starts out of sweet fruits and a grapefruit hop flavor. The beer has a creamy bready flavor that is persistent throughout the taste, which when combined with the sweet fruit creates a nice base flavor for the brew. As the taste advances further the grapefruit hop fades to more tastes of a earthy hop mixed with a good caramel flavor. Toward the end, a bit of resinous pine hop comes to the tongue leaving a bitter, but very balanced and fairly sweet, flavor on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is on the creamier side with a carbonation level that is average to just below average. The creamy body was quite nice for accentuating the hop flavors with the creamy body feel enhanced by the lighter carbonation. Both the body and carbonation made it a slower drinker, while even only at 6.6 % abv, and actually quite enjoyable.
Overall – This was a nice tasting, slightly sweeter, but very balanced IPA. This is one I could see myself drinking on multiple occasions. Rather tasty.

Bomber > ST 2xIPA
A - Pours hazy gold, big two finger fluffy marshmallow white head, good lacing.
S - Smells great, pineapple, grapefruit, big earthy pine some some floral notes, a little darker bready malt.
T - Lemon, floral hops, some mild sweet malt, and finishes with aggressive pine.
M - Very dry and bitter.
O - Not bad, the aroma is the best part, its a good IPA, though I wouldnt want a bomber again, but a 12 would be ok.

22oz bottle poured into a shaped pint glass.
Appearance
Pale golden yellow with 2 fingers of white head. Good retention with very low carbonation. Hazy with tons of yeast sediment towards the bottom.
Nose
Lemon and pale candy sugar. Hints of pineapple and papaya.
Taste
Very fragrant lemony aromas. Lemon Pledge, lemon meringue, lemon juice and lemon zest. Orange zest, grapefruit and florals. Thin malt backbone made up of breads and candy sugars. Finishes with zests, fruity esters and dried pine needles.
Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, crisp and dry.
Overall
Well balanced and remains on the drier side of IPAs. Citrus zests, pine needles and florals. I'd really love to see this one ramped up with different hop varieties.

$4.50 bomber from Abe's.
A hazy bright yellow body, seems like its glowing at the center. Three fingers of pure white foam with bubbles of all sizes. Attractive stretchy lace.
Strong lemon and grapefruit aroma. Somewhat too lemon, it's a little off putting.
An opening note of malt sweetness is washed away immediately by gushing citrus. Lot of lemon with some grapefruit mixed in. Bitter snap at the swallow. Clean finish.
Light plus mouthfeel is satisfactory.
An ok IPA, not one to rush back to, but not so bad to not give the brewery more chances.

A very good IPA with only the visual aspect lacking.
Has a lighter amber color with some haziness, a quick fading head.
Aroma is quite hoppy though not as pronounced as West Coast styles. The hop bouquet has a desent citrusy and pine notes, standard.
Drinks dry and tart with a good hop bite. Hops have a piney taste maybe some citrus. Malts balance out nicely sweetening out the taste. Finishes bitter.
A nice beer with good flavor.
