I really liked this one. Had a glass at the Churchkey in D.C. The room was packed with beer geeks and a bit muggy and hot. A good saison is what I wanted.

Nice look to it, big fluffy/rocky white head tops a golden, bright body.

Aroma is spicy, dry and floral.

Taste has a bit of sulfur but mostly spice and florals. Undertone of dry biscuit. This is quite nice and quenching. Coriander and clove, white pepper and rose petals.

Finishes dry and sharp, without the bitter. This beer went down smoooth.
