Sampling this (as we speak) for the first time. From a bottle stamped '08 24 9 s158' - gonna have to decode this. $6 in Massachusetts. Smells & tastes very fresh. Poured into a pint glass, nice looking copper with a fast head, but nice lacing.

Ahh, the smell of Cascades in the morning.... very nice. Now, as I raise the glass, I'm 'spectin' the taste of Bud, but, no. This is a nice balanced ale. They didn't go overboard on the hops, but they're there for sure. In a blind test I woulda never guessed Bud. I'm searchin' for good cheap beer, and this could join Narragansett as part of my solution. Cheers!
