A- Yellow and fizzy as expected with an overly tall 3" pure white head which quickly fades to a tiny layer. Lots of little carbonation bubbles and brilliantly clear make this beer look somewhat appetizing.
S- Definitely sweet sugar and lime, like a margarita and a beer. Overall it smells like a lime beer, as it should...
T- Light in flavor, there's a little lime taste when drinking, then the lime flavor is more present in the aftertaste. The beer character had a bit of sweetness in the middle.
M- Very thin and watery. Lots of carbonation make it a quick and easy drinker, like it should be, but it feels like drinking lime water more than lime beer in some ways.
D- This beer certainly surprised me. I am not a fan of bud light but this seems to cover up the off flavors with a moderately enjoyable lime characteristic. If I was going to drink a lot of beers on a summer day I wouldn't mind this being one or two of them.

12oz bottle into pint glass.
A: Clear Golden Straw Hue, Passes All Light, Thin White Head, Mild Lacing
S: Sugar, Faux Lime
T: Mild Lime
M: Mediocre Carbonation, Light Bodied, Watery
Overall, a real shelf whale, probably might be better with a little cellar time.

This beer is just plain nasty, the taste is just horrible. The beer taste its kinda sour in my opinion and it has a bitter taste at the same time. I do not recommend this beer to anyone, Bud Light is bad enough but who ever decided to add lime should be fired. My advice avoid and save your money.

Served from a bottle into an 11oz tasting glass.
A: clear, light yellow/ golden with a few bubbles, white head dissipated quickly
S: artificial citrus lime, tiny amount of bread and grain
T: artificial citrus lime flavor up front, crisp bud light type dry finish
M: Light and watery
O: For light beers it's an interesting spin, very drinkable, maybe nice for hot weather or a barbeque. For the style I would say it's maybe a bit above avg. For all beer it's just a bit to artificial and dull. I feel like I've tasted it before in other light beers.

Piss colored appearance. Smell is over the top of pale lager and artificial lime juice. No complexity and has adjunct pale lager written all over it. Mouthfeel is so quick and bubbly and dry in the worst way. This is one for the women. Stay away at all cost

Probably the best selection from the Bud family. That's not saying much though.
Appearance: light, yellow, pale. Like most light beers.
Smell: the lime is very noticeable. It is actually a decent smelling beer, nothing to write home about, but it's acceptable.
Taste: the lime overpowers the beer, normally a crying shame, but since it is Bud Light, it works to the beer's favor. It also is acceptable.
Mouthfeel: It goes down very well for a Budweiser beer.
Overall: an average beer, good for social occasions, but I wouldn't drink this for the taste. Very "meh".

On a budget, this is my pick! I understand it goes against what I believe a beer should be made out of or even taste like, but I am obsessed with lime, so this was my choice at bars! Otherwise, I'd rather not choose an Anheuser-Busch beer at all. The only beef I have about this beer is it is more than likely processed with high fructose corn syrup. =/

Don't know why but I LOVE THIS BEER!!!! Was very reluctant to try it as I looked at it as a "chick" beer. Tried it at a friends house and have been hooked ever since.
Now that's its winter have back off it a little but this is a great summer beer refreshing not filling and the lime taste is just right. Most hate on all American adjunct lagers but if they just judged this beer on what it is a light refreshing summer beer made to get you drunk then this beer would have an entire different rating.
Give it a shot especially on a hot summer day, ball game or other out door event

I really don’t know why I’m reviewing this…I know I won’t like it. Still, it’s free beer, so what the hell.
A: Very pale yellow with a fizzy, white head. Looks a little greasy, the body sucking down the foam to leave no retention; very thin lacing. Typical BMC look.
S: Fake lime and vegetable grains, more like an air freshener than something I’d like to drink. Wheaty, corn-like aromas without an ounce of hops, just that Sprite-like fruit character maintaining the brightness. About what I expected.
T: Hell, the lime actually tastes fresh, even though it really doesn’t fit with a light lager. Leafy grain, like green tea, but mostly chewy corn and vegetal for the body (just like you’d expect from Bud). Finishes with some mineral/chemical aftereffects, not totally unappetizing. Not good, but pretty drinkable.
M: Thin and noticeably greasy – feels like a Bud. Settles with a little sour pucker from the lime, but it’s mostly just dull, frothy wateriness.
O: Fruit in beer seems to be something people do whenever they “don’t like beer” because all they’ve ever had is the fizzy yellow stuff; nothing against them (I feel like most beer geeks were BMC consumers first), but I’m not a fan. Imagine that?

A: Very pale see though gold. Soapy white head.
S: Smells like bud light with lime in it. Nothing surprising.
T: This was surprising. It doesn't have the offensive bitter taste regular Bud has. The sweet and sour from the lime balance out the beer nice. It is actually a very nice refreshing light beer.
M: Very carbonated. Watery.
O: Much better than regular bud light. Im not sure why I liked it as much as I did. Probably because I was super thirsty, but it hit the spot.

This has been in the fridge for a while after being left over from a party. Figured why not. So here it goes.
A: Pours a clear yellow color with a small head that fizzles out within seconds
S: Citrus, lime, sweetness. Not too bad actually
T: Starts off sweet with a pronounced lime citrus kick. Goes into some bready malts with more adjunct sweetness. Finishes like water
M: Light bodied with high carbonation. Is this beer or lemon-lime soda with beer in it?
O: For what it is, this is actually not bad at all. No real adjunct flavors or aromas (probably masked by the lime) which makes this rather easy to drink especially given the fact that it is 4.2% and doesn't have too many beer-like qualities. I guess that might be the problem though... no BEER qualities

I got a 12pk can of this at Woodman’s in Janesville, WI. Don’t judge me, it was damn near free after rebate lol.
Pours a clear pale yellow hue with an average head mainly because I pour this as viciously as possible to get a head. Some cheap grains and lime are evident in the scent. Drinks fairly weakly with very little volume or texture. At least it lives up to the “lime” name and has a decent lime flavor. Leaves a slight lime after taste and that’s about it. A glorified version of what I refer to as “beer flavored water.”

12 ounce bottle poured into a pilsener.
Appearance: Clear, pale yellow however there were some very small particles of something floating around in the glass. Fizzy foam that leaves a very thin fizzy layer on top of the beer. Some nice bubbles rising up from the bottom.
Smell: Lemon lime kind of like a 7-Up. A little fruity; a little like the inside of a wet barn.
Taste: Lemon lime again like a 7-Up excepy with a little alcohol bite.
Mouth Feel: Thin, dry with a bite on the tongue.
Overall: Good drink for a hot summer day if you want something fruity with a slight kick.

Poured into a pils glass from a 24 oz. can.
2.5 A: Clear, pale yellow color. Three fingers of fizzy white head that falls quickly and leaves no lacing. It crackles like soda too.
2.0 S: Wow, this has a lot more lime than I was expecting. It smells more like ginger ale with lime than beer with lime. That's about all I can say about it. That said, I like the smell more than Bud Light, but that's probably because it doesn't smell like Bud Light.
2.0 T: Tastes like lime ginger ale as well. Really, this is missing all taste of beer. As a drink overall, it isn't bad, but it's a horrible beer. I wasn't sure how to score it, so I think what I'm giving it is fair.
2.5 M: This has a decent mouthfeel for ginger ale, so it works on that front. Otherwise it is light bodied with too much carbonation and reasonably smooth.
2.0 D: Calling Bud Light a beer is a stretch, but this can and never should be called beer. It shouldn't even be allowed to be reviewed on this site. Drink this if you are burnt out on beer I guess.

Surprisingly, a better alternative to bud light. At least this one tastes like SOMETHING. The lime flavor is very obviously artificial, like a diet soda, so it's maybe not as "tasty" as a Corona with lime added, but it's something you can stomach. The carbonation has a nice bite which really helps the style. If you're stuck between bud light or bud light lime, and the water is bad, this is the obvious choice.

I couldn't turn down the chance to review this beer. I just couldn't. To my friend John who shared his bottle with me - thanks...I guess.
A: Crystal clear, pale straw-colored body under a thin, fizzy, short lived white head. Tiny amounts of lace. Could be worse.
S: Artificial lime, in a household cleaner kind of way. Lots of chlorine. Smells kind of like a cheap margarita diluted with hotel pool water. Disgusting.
T: Thin, citrusy sweet/tart flavor. Better than the nose, but still awful.
M: Seltzer water. I guess it's what they're going for.
O: This beverage does not deserve to be called "beer."
Cheers!

If you're trying this beer, you clearly know what you're after. There is a difference between a McDonald's cheeseburger, a sandwich at Red Robin, and that 15 dollar epic burger you had at the local pub downtown that blew your socks off. There is a place for all three, though.
I had about three of these from a cooler at a bonfire party. It was everything I expected - kind of like a picky girl worthy, beer flavored seltzer water with a margarita lime flavor bolted on for distraction. As something nice to hold and drink at a party, it certainly does the trick - but for something more instense, with more flavor that you can actually enjoy, this is water when you're craving cream.
All in all, not bad, but the title says all. A light, big company beer with flavor added.

poured from the bottle into a pilsner glass
A - Pours a light, perfectly transparent straw with a plethora of bubbles rising to the two-finger white head. Head fizzes away to a ring of bubbles almost instantly. Leaves behind a couple of small splotches of lacing.
S - A light amount of toasted grain with a fair amount artificial lime notes.
T - Initially lightly toasted grain with just a hint of lime. In the body the beer heads downhill as more artificial lime notes come through despite hints of hops in the background. The finish is even worse with about 70% of the flavor resembling a cheap lime sucker leaving little room for beer flavor.
M - Highly carbonated and slightly watery. I honestly doubt a firmer body would improve this.
Bud light lime is less of a beer and more of a liquified lime jolly rancher with a touch of beer flavor. It would be refreshing in the summer (in fact I just finished a 5k in 91 degree heat), but the artificial lime flavor is just too much. This was given to me for helping my professor move, and I would not partake in it again unless under similar circumstances.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale golden yellow in color with some light amounts of visible carbonation. The beer has a finger tall fizzy white head that quickly reduces to an extremely thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal lacing is observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of artificial lime (similar to Rose's Lime Syrup) with some amount of sweetness present.
T: There is minimal amounts of malts (sweet adjunct) and no hops detectable in this beer but there is quite a bit of sweetness. There is a strong taste of sweet artificial lime, like Rose's Lime Syrup.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Thin and watery.
O: This beer is quite refreshing and easy to drink on a hot summer evening. This is actually a better version of Bud Light and tastes like a Bud Light with a shot of Rose's Lime Syrup. This beer is best when ice cold.

This beer.... This beer is just Bud Light with a little bit of lime in it. And I mean a LITTLE bit of lime. But it's actually a little better than Bud Light. Why, you ask? Because the lime covers up a little bit of the "Bud Light" taste. Don't get me wrong, I mean, it still tastes like Bud Light. But the lime helps distract a little bit from the pain.
And since this beer is literally the exact same thing as Bud Light, save for the lime, I am just going to copy and paste my Bud Light review below, while making one, small appendage:
COPY AND PASTE BEGIN:
There isn't much to say about Bud Light that hasn't already been said. It's not that it's a BAD beer - it doesn't have a BAD taste, or a BAD smell.... but rather it LACKS just about everything. There is almost no flavor, no smell, the beer is extremely pale (even for a pilsner - I've seen darker champagnes). You can taste some slight corn, grains, and malt, (AND A LITTLE BIT OF LIME!!!!) but it really all gets overpowered by the extreme carbonation. Hops are basically irrelevant and almost completely unnoticeable. The beer is about as thin as they come.
Having had many of these throughout my college years, I've come a long way. Bud Light gives you exactly what you pay for - a "beer" to drink when you really don't care about what beer you're drinking. With a nearly absent flavor and smell, there are MANY better options than Bud Light, even at comparable prices.
COPY AND PASTE END.
So there you have it. Next time you want Bud Light - look and see if they have Bud Light Lime. It's just a pinch better.

Pours pale yellow with a fizzy white head/ No true lace, no retention.
Maybe some light malt in there, but what you get in the nose is lime. Not candied lime, but chemical lime.
Honestly, this one went down better than regular Bud Light. Lime flavor up front, like the kind they dust on Tortilla chips. Not sweet, or acidic, but very fake. Some malt in there somewhere, with a little corny smoothness. Light bitter at the end, but lime dominates throughout. Best part: Lime aftertaste instead of the typical macro sour grossness.
Light bodied, good carbonation. My only complaint is that I would have liked this to have been a bit more crisp.
It went down easier than expected, but still something that came from a party cooler and not as a result of a conscious choice to purchase this. Not all offensive, just not very good.

Pours a piss pale yellow, with a 2 finger bone white head. It doesn't look bad in a mug, but I can't call it a looker either.
The smell was like a damn Sprite...and I don't associate Sprite with natural lime smells/tastes. I don't even get normal Bud Light smells, which I surprisingly miss in this situation...
The taste, again, like a Sprite, only diet, and that had been watered down with melted ice.
The feel was appropriately light, but meh in the end and too watery.
Wow, this sucks. I'd take a Corona Light with lime any day of the week over this.

12oz can served in a standard shaker pint. a leftover from a cookout.
pours a clear, light golden tone while yielding a very short-lived spritzy head; no lacing. nose is dominated by lime flavoring; some grainy notes in the background and not a whole lot else.
flavor follows the nose: lime, lime, grain, lime. not a drainpour, but not especially tasty. light bodied mouthfeel with above average carbonation.
overall this is definitely not the devil's spawn that the beer geek community would have you believe... it's relatively inoffensive, and even somewhat refreshing - but in the manner of sprite, which i think it has more in common with than beer. reviewing aside, i might take one if i'm at the beach and parched, but i wouldn't pay money for it.

Poured from bomber into pint glass
Appearance – Pours a straw color with a big pure white head. The head fades very fast giving almost no lacing.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of lime mixed with a lighter paper like aroma.
Taste – The taste begins with some malt flavors of corn, rice and wheat. A big taste of lime then comes to the tongue early in the taste where these flavors remain to the end. Surprisingly it is much more flavorful then I would have thought.
Mouthfeel – Very light with a higher level of carbonation. Fitting for the low abv and very lime flavor of the beer. It is easy to drink.
Overall – Actually this is much better than I was anticipating. It had a lot more flavor (while most in lime, it was a lot more flavor) then the average light beer.
