From my notes:
On draft, in a plastic pint cup. (Cup, vs. glass, only because it is plastic after all.)
Pours a golden blond color. Beer has a pleasant aroma to it, an enjoyable display of floral hoppiness. On the palate there’s a sweet, chewy backbone that compliments the floral notes. Nice carbonation. At 9% it’s a big boy but deceptively so. A double IPA that’s easily drinkable for its strength, with a finish that’s inviting and, dare I say, refreshing.

Honey color with white head and lots of lacing along sides of shaker pint. Served at Industry Kitchen in NOLA.

Smell is fruity with only subtle hints of citrus. This bottle was old (Feb 13) and had probably faded quite a bit.

Taste is sweet malts with citrus and pine. Bitterness is average. Good.

Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

Overall this was good. Nothing really special about it.
