Availability: Spring. nitro-tap (2). 

Notes:
Contains all the rich, roasted barley flavors of a regular stout but without all the heaviness. McGrueh's is conditioned with nitrogen to give it a thick creamy head and smooth taste.

On nitro-tap at the brewpub in the spring. From notes.

A: Pours an opaque black with half an inch of thick head. Great cascading effect from the nitro-tap. Always a pleasure to see this. Thick lacing down the glass.

S: Roasted malt, dark chocolate.

T: Same as the smell... Nothing much stronger. Some coffee, toffee, caramel. Lightly bitter finish.

M: Creamy as hell.

D: Didn't do anything for me.

Pours a nice brow/amber color, nice carbonation, nice little one-finger creamy off-white head, with lots of nice sticky lacing. The nose is malty, lots of toffee, with some caramel notes, slight coffee tones. The taste is malty, lots of toffee/coffee notes. Medium body, nice dry/bitter finish, creamy/thick. Drinkable, this is a pretty tasty brew.
