Can to frosty pint. And I'm not pleased about that (the former, not the latter). Pours with a reddish tint, as the name suggests. Bouquet is great; chock full of pine and citrus. Carbonation is almost nonexistent. While it's a decent effort for a can, it's not something I'd go out of my way to find, especially given the abundance of delicious DIPAs.

Slightly cloudy reddish orange with a nice big foamy white head and sticks around for a long time, but leaves very little lacing.
Fruity citrusy hop aroma with plenty of sweet caramel malts backing it up. Floral and overall very pleasant.
Very floral and citrusy hops with just enough of those caramel malts to round it out. Kind of bitter, but bitterness dies down quickly and I'm left mostly with an even blend of the hops and malts. The sweetness is almost honey-like too, but not too over the top at all. Very balanced and nice.
Smooth and creamy, with a moderate to heavy body and fairly high carbonation. A good bite at the front then goes down smooth.
Very nice - not quite and IPA, not quite a red ale, kind of a great blend between the two. I definitely prefer this to many standard amber/red ales myself and would get it again for sure.

Appearance: Hazy copper-brown, half a finger of head from a normal pour, which dissipated quickly.
Smell: Sweet citrus, bitterness, malt backbone.
Taste: Strong malt backbone, lingering sweet presence.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, medium carbonation, slightly sticky.
Overall: A bit too much malt in this one for me, but it is certainly a good beer. Would drink and purchase again, if going camping and I wanted a canned beer!

A: A dark reddish orange. A nice two finger head. awesome alcohol legs. impressive looking!
S: Sweet malts up front. Here come some hops! Definitely some tropical fruits in there. Tangerine stands out. Strawberry, Orange zest and alot of citrus. Some sweet honey and floral notes as well. Almost a honeysuckle. Overall pretty sweet smelling. man i want to drink this!!
T: First impression: very floral. a little pine here but alot of white flowers with almost a pollen quality, if that makes any sense. More honey and tangerine. Big grapefruit coming through. More malt than i would expect. A touch sour on the end with a little bit of spice coming through. Caramel on the end. There is a lot going on here but all the flavors mess beautifully. Zesty.
M: Not a ton of carbonation but this beer also won't weigh you down. Definitely not a palate killer, leaves you with a semi dry mouth though.
O: This is a pretty awesome beer! More sweet malt than i would expect, but it sets itself apart from other DIPAs. There really isn't anything i can complain about with this beer! I will definitely pick it up again. Alot of bread and yeast coming through the more i drink. Very enjoyable brew. /88
