From can stamped: Canned On 01/15/13-09:05. Sampled on February 23, 2013 so my can is only about 5 weeks old.

It pours copper amber with a long lasting, soft, off-white head. Very nice clarity.

The aroma is floral and earthy and very fragrant. Caramel malts and sweetness are there but played down a little.

The body is about medium and more creamy than acidic.

Lots of flavor in the profile with an upfront caramel sweetness that quickly evolves into a moderately hopped finale that lingers dryly for a moment and then mellows out. Really nice IPA. I could drink this one frequently.

Full bodied IPA with crisp dry finish. The finish could be smoother and leaves a harsh taste to the non hop head. Not the sessionial beer that one might be looking for but not the pallet wrecker like some big bodied IPA's. Good single serving beer overall!

Purchased from Copper Vine in Grandville, MI

A - Copper tone with a nice fluffy head poured in a snifter.

S - Piney, resinous, dank, earthy.

T -Big Oily and resinous hop profile, nice feel for a DIPA and highly drinkable.

O - Solid DIPA that you can't go wrong with.

Clear amber yellowish orange with a large frothy off-white head that just sits there for a while. Good sticky lacing.

Big complex hop bouquet, leading off with a floralness, a touch of sweet malt mixed in, before getting some citrus and pine. Tropical and tasty, very inticing.

Big hoppy blast with a sticy sweet maltiness. The hops are more bitter than I was wanting from the awesome aroma, but the complexity I was expecting is there, with the pine and citrus. Definitely a flavor explosion.

Moderately heavy with an average carb, and plenty of residue after the swallow. A pleasantly interesting feel.

Super nice IPA, bordering in a double. A definite sipper and worth savoring every drop. One of my new favorites.

Pours clear and copper with a little orangey hue. A thin head of soapy foam that fell fast to some really gorgeous lace. Left a ring and thin skin that never faded. Nose is peachy. Literally, sweet like a peach with a hint of resin in the nose. Caramel malt, bread lightly floral and pine. Taste is malt forward and I love that. Then sweet citrus, orange some grapefruit comes in on the middle and then a little oil and bitter as it goes down resinous, piney, sweet and juicy. Mouthfeel is thin and sticky. The one weird thing about it was that as it warmed it took on an oniony garlic like taste. I wasn’t sure if that was intended. This was a really great IPA that was clean and refreshing.
