Had a case of this recently. Didn't like this the first time I tried it, but it definitely grew on me. A solid little pils from a great craft brewery.

Pours a semi-clear yellow with ample carbonation. My pour seemed to be subject to some chill haze. Decent little foam top on the glass.

Smells bready with a nice clean, crisp character. Seems like noble hops were used as the hop character seems nice & clean. Tastes clean with the same bready goodness as in the nose. Feels refreshing with a light body and nice even balance between hops & malt.

Overall, a nicely done pilsner. Like I said earlier, I didn't like this when I first tried it, but I realize now that it's a nice solid pils that I would definitely go for again.

Had on tap in a pint glass.

Pours a clear medium gold with a one finger white head.

Aroma of wet grass and hay with a little bit of corn thrown in. A nice noble hop aroma is pleasant but a bit weak.

Grass and corn flavor with more behind it than the aroma. A nice sharp hob bitterness along with a nice cris clean mouthfeel and quick finish.

Overall, a nice but pretty basic pils. Really doesn't quite stand up to the likes of Pilsner Urquell or Budvar in my opinion.
