A: It's, well, yellow with a creamy white head that retains well. Some light spots of lace appear on the glass and some chunks of froth remain atop the beer. Solid appearance, but not especially bubbly or pretty for a pilsner.
S: Smells macro-ish with some corn and grain. A vigorous swirl yields some floral and grassy hop notes, but not much. A very plain and clean aroma, almost like a macro/adjunt lager. The hop aroma and general lack of offensiveness are the primary saving graces.
T&M: Really mellow and smooth malt flavor with a light floral note. Luckily the taste isn't as macro as the aroma. Smooth, sweet malts almost like a blonde ale with some light hop flavor near the middle. Not much bitterness or crispness to speak of, which is what I look for in a good pilsner. A decent pils, but nothing special at all.
D: Highly drinkable but not quite as scrumptious as the best examples of the style.

Had on tap in a pint glass.
Pours a clear medium gold with a one finger white head.
Aroma of wet grass and hay with a little bit of corn thrown in. A nice noble hop aroma is pleasant but a bit weak.
Grass and corn flavor with more behind it than the aroma. A nice sharp hob bitterness along with a nice cris clean mouthfeel and quick finish.
Overall, a nice but pretty basic pils. Really doesn't quite stand up to the likes of Pilsner Urquell or Budvar in my opinion.

on tap at a bar in a shaker glass. decent white head that stayed for a couple minutes then dissipated as drinking commenced. not much aroma, not much in the way of hops on the nose. bready, malty up front. not so pleasant bitterness at the end. It's Ok, but there are much better examples.

12 ounce can
Served in a Stange glass
A - Cloudy pale yellow with about 2 finger of white head. Average carbonation rising bottom of the glass.
S - The smell is very similar to most lagers but more prevailing with a slight citrus/lemony/apple aroma.
T - Medium sweetness with a taste of lemon with a slight pepper.
M - Moderate to thin but creamy feel. Dry finish.
O - This is a new style for me (unless you count the adjunct lagers from the BMCs in the past) so I don't know if this is a comparatively good version of this style, but I am very pleased with this beer.
