Appearance:
Ruby brown color, looks clear. There good amount of carbonation rising. Thick creamy head.
Aroma:
Sweet, bready, chocolate, dark fruit, spiced rum.
Taste:
Malty, bready, chocolate, caramel. Dark fruit character, dried prune. Hop bitterness is mild. Slight smoke finish. Body is full, thick, creamy, smooth.
