12 oz. bottle poured into Weizen glass.

A- Cloudy pale straw, white hues. Head is white and foamy.

S- Strong citrus, orange peel and a little coriander. Pale malt backing it all up very lightly.

T- Light malt. A little wheat tang. Orange peel and coriander are very faint.

M- Wet, light body. Quick finish makes this an easy one to down.

O- This beer is all aroma. After smelling, I was impressed, but the flavor just didn't come through. Rather bland.

C. Golden
A. Clean, somewhat sweet, bread
T. Wheat, slight hoppy finish
M. Full, slightly bubbly

Overall. This is a fine example of a standard wheat beer. It will make a fine session beer for bbq's and days at the beach. Nothing very unique about the beer but it is delicious

Nice, hazy golden hay color, pretty active, not much head and it doesn't last. Smell is a spciy sweet with strong wheat notes, the stated added spices are present. Taste is interesting, floral, slightly metallic, barely grains and a not-bitter hops end note. I think the water being used at the brewery makes a lot of this beer's character; it's almost minerally, not in a bad way. Not the typical wheat beer I was expecting, still a nice beer for a hot day, which is what an APWA should be, to me. Not bad.

A - Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden yellow color with orange highlights. It had a small, white head that left little to no lacing.

S - It smelled of wheat, yeast, citrus and lemon. Fairly typical of a pale wheat ale.

T - Strong taste of grains, wheat and citrus. There are mild lemon and yeasty flavors.

M - It was crisp and very sharp with a good deal of bite/carbonation. A light bodied beer.

D - This is an easy drinking/sessionable wheat ale. I could see drinking a few after a day of outdoor recreation in Summit County.

I didn't have too much to say on this one. It's not super complex or anything, but it's good to drink on a hot day.

A - Light gold, some lacing
S - Clean, some orange peel
T - Smooth and some flavor, but no complexity.
M - Clean, thin
D - Not terribly interesting, but easy to drink really.

22 oz. bottle tried 16 Feb 2009. Best before Feb 2009.

Poured in 0.5 L Paulaner wheat glass. Small white head. Medium carbonation. Crystal clear light bright yellow color. Aroma of bubblegum, hay, grass. Starts with a light grainy sweetness. Lightly bready and honeyish throughout. Hint of bitterness in finish, lemony aftertaste. Light body. Ethanol barely present.

Easy drinking, nice thirst quencher.
