Had this at the Eccentric Café over the holidays.
This pours a nice white foam with a hint of amber red tint, like Rudolph’s nose?
There’s a slightly piney hop aroma and a chewy, bitterly rich and thick hop flavor on a lightly bodied brew. Finishes piney with some resin. Nice one.

Served on tap at the Eccentric Cafe, 12oz. pour.
Looks pretty red to me. Reddish copper really, looks super interesting, almost like an amber or red. Not much head or lacing, very light grey in color, but some. What attracts me to this beer is the color, for sure.
Smell should be more prominent. Caramel and pine notes, but too light. A bit more and this has real potential.
Not quite the same deal with the taste. It's very good, but I feel like it's a bit thin. I enjoy the balance. Not very sweet, which is good in this case. EDIT: changes all the time, dry finish but PINE flavor is unforgettable.
Liking the feel of this. Bitter hops, pine and resin, also very dry.
Overall this beer is really really unique, and I really like it. Having a hard time deciding how to rate this. I wanna say right around a 4. It opens up quite a bit as I drink. I say try it. Cheers.

A - Orangish colored beer that was a touch cloudy having a small white head. Left some stick on the sides.
S - Citrus, grapefruit, touch of mild english hops, caramel.
T - Caramel with some sweet hops notes with some fruit and citrus. Pretty well balanced and surprisingly good tasting, given I'm not a huge fan of the style. Nice bitterness on the end.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O - A very solid and good beer, would recommend trying.

I got this on Saturday 11/28/09 at the Eccetric Cafe at Bell's. I didn't think it was something new but I had it and it was good!
A-golden roange in color, slight hop haze with a nice two fingers of head that is a thick white color leaving a nice lacing on the glass.
S-a relatively storng nose of citrus and grapefruit aroma
T-light taste of sweet caramel malt with a hint of roasted malt. it is balanced by a nice bitter citrus hop that takes over the sweet malt that started the flavor of this beer making it well balanced, favoring the fruity hops.
M-very slick on the back of the throat, smooth texture and a fair amount of carbonation on the back of the throat.
D-very smooth and slick with a nice balanced taste that flavors hops, which fits me just right!
