A - Deep, clear dark gold color. The head is large and foamy and leaves behind lots of lacing.

S - Toasty, yeasty aroma with a bit of brown sugar sweetness in the background. A nice floral hops aroma is present as well

T - Tastes like biscuits with some sweetness, but the hops take over quickly leading to a bitter finish. I love hops in the right beer, but it seems out of place in this marzen.

M - Fairly light with lots of carbonation.

D - The flavor is nice, but it lacks sweetness and it's too crisp and hoppy compared to my favorite Octoberfest beers. Not bad, but nothing that I'd seek out again.

appearance: bright organge and amber that is clear when held up to light.

smell: not much there, some sweet malt but very faint

taste: nice sweetness up front and some breadiness is in there.

mouthfeel: easy fall drinking, full body, taste in every part of mouth

overall: pretty good oktoberfest beer, favorite so far.
