Intro: Split a 12oz with a friend in tulip glasses.

Appearance: Dark red plum coloring. Not much head but what is there is a burnt brown, a thin rim of lacing that clings to the glass.

Smell: Cherries soaking in alcohol smell, faint aroma of coffee in the background.

Taste: Strong cherry flavoring with a light vinegar taste. Hint of roasted nutty coffee notes as well.

Mouthfeel: Overall rather clean feel in the mouth, not too dry or sweet, good balance.

Overall: Traditional stout base with lots of cherry infused into it at all levels. Strong alcohol feel and taste which is surprising since it is a low ABV beer.
