Growler poured into a Deschutes cone.
LOOK: Bubbly white lace, tarnished golden colour
SMELL: Cascade hops, fruity, citric rind, mint, nutty grain, mild malt sweetness.
TASTE: Medium crispness, hoppy palate with a big handful of malt. Big punch of oily hop pungent flavor, mild fruitiness and a malt sweetness that sneaks in towards the finish.
A great pale ale to be had here, any hop head would be pleased and if you love cascade hops this is your ale! I'm glad Woodinville WA now has some competition for Red Hook! This is good stuff, YUM!!! Chasin' Cheers :~)
Serving type: growler
