Atmosphere: Well lit, nice bistro type of place. Right as you come in off to the left you see the bar and then ahead is the dining area broken up into three sections, a section with windows facing a hill area, the interior section, and then a closed off section which I'm guessing is for banquets judging by the long table. It's a nice solid restaurant - you'd never guess it was a good beer place at first glance.
Quality: I would say about 95% of the beer menu I saw was American craft, and I recognized many of the beers a high rated ones here on this site. There were I few I recognized but didn't know their ratings (I haven't had them before) but they all looked quite tasty.
Service: No complaints here. Despite the place filling up fast after we arrived, the waitress was attentive and came over at all the right times. Food took a little while to show up, but given the quality I cannot complain - best that they take their time to do it right. Beer service was quite good - bartender brought out the beer to see who ordered it because it was one of his favorites and to chat a bit about it. Nice to see someone who was a beer aficionado at a restaurant for once. At the next table I heard the waiter guide a patron toward another witbier on the menu when they said they only liked Blue Moon. Finally, I'll say that they brought all the right glassware for each of the beers. High attention to detail at this restaurant when it comes to beer. I'm quite impressed.
Selection: Good selection of American craft in bottles. Didn't see any cans available and only 4 beers on tap, but quite a lot of variety to choose from.
Food: Very very good. Not a huge selection, but you could see from the menu that the chefs really cared about ingredient selection and making good food that you would enjoy eating. Probably one of the few restaurants in Dayton that had a nice selection for all types of eaters - including Vegans.
Value: Very reasonable for the quality of the food and beer I had. I'll definitely be coming back here much more often.
