This is a mid sized place on the “Island”, don’t be fooled by the size. The joint is packed with quality beer choices.

Friendly guy behind the counter, liberal returns policy (a real plus in my book). Walls, shelving units, and floor displays full of beer options Also 8 taps filling growlers with BA worthy beers. Tap options featured several local breweries

Expect all the usual good stuff, from a bunch of locals, regionals, and national breweries. Import options are extensive. Tons of Belgians available.

Well stocked, providing quality service and showing respect to good beer. I am sure I would be here frequently if I was local. Nice spot thats well worth a visit

Local beer store in West Hempstead on Hempstead Turnpike. Store is less than three years old with a small parking lot and adequate street parking.

Management is very friendly and attentive. They will ask if you need help, but will not be too bothersome if the answer is no.

Selection is above average and there is a good variety of domestic craft beers. The international selection is heavily western european, but there are not very many "rare" imports. If you are looking for the specialty euro brews, this is not for you. However, if you want domestic micros from the northeast, you may find some hidden gems here.

Prices are slightly above average, but not as high as Garden City (the neighbor to the north). Store advertises that it will take empties for refund regardless of where purchased.

Bottom line: A good back up beer store which is easy to get to with decent hours.
