Appearance: An average pour produced 1'' of cream-tan head. Color is copper-red, clarity is slightly hazy. Lacing was sparse.
Smell: Smell consists of bread, toffee, roastyness, brett, black pepper, coconut, grapes, vanilla, and smoke. Weird! I dig it.
Taste: Taste consists of black pepper, earth, balanced brett, belgian syrup, vanilla, and coconut lingering in the aftertaste. Flavor duration is average-long, with light-moderate sweetness, and moderate sour/bitterness.
Mouthfeel: Body is light-medium, with a thin, slick texture. Carbonation is average, with a sour, sweet, dry, and tart finish.
Overall: Beautifully balanced. Excellent. Interesting. Weird!
