Back on tap at TH. From the tap list: "Chamomile Saison 5.3% Brewed with a base of German pilsner malt and raw wheat. Hopped with Lemon Drop and spiced with chamomile. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres for four months. Tart, complex, and ethereal. Notes of lemon pith, soft chamomile perfume, light salinity, green peppercorn, and coconut." Complex and tasty.

A - cloudy marigold. Little foam. Growler is a few days old.
S - very interesting aroma. At certain points the aroma is full of funky brett, white grapes and flowers. Yet on the next sniff its a lovely mix of malt and yeasty esters creating a raspberry jelly donut note.
T - flaky dough. Crisp acidity. Lemon curds. Raspberries.
White grapes. Brett on the backend.
M - lighter medium. Super crisp. Medium carb. Tight bubbles.
O - really unique beer. I'd probably consider this more of an american wild ale but no matter what you call it, it is tasty and a great pairing partner. It was fantastic with some chicken tikka masala.
