On-tap at Tired Hands on 7/7/13, reviewed from notes.
A- Pours a deep golden yellow color with a finger of white head and nice lacing.
S- Very, very fruity, lots of stone fruit as well as apple/pear and some citrus, also some dry must and yeast, smells delicious.
T- Very similar to the aroma, lots of fruit and dry must, only a mild tartness. Very tasty and highly drinkable.
M- Medium-bodied, smooth, almost creamy feel.
O- Another excellent Saison from TH, I wish I could have gotten a growler of this, or maybe two...

First had: on tap at TH
Described as a "well-aged (average of 7 months old) blended Saison," tapped to compensate for the tragic loss of Tongue Extinguisher.
Pale golden-yellow pour with a full finger of the classic Tired Hands creamy white head, which retained well and left soapy lacing on the glass. Aroma was very musty and fruity, notes of pear, melon, white grape, lemon and grapefruit pulp, wet grass, spicy yeast. Titillating! The taste reflected the aroma well, musty and pleasantly dank, overripe fruits--pear, melon, white grapes--citrus notes, earthy, with undertones of peppery spice; bold yet well-tamed hop bitterness in the finish. Complexity is through the roof on this one. Medium body, smooth soft mouthfeel, great drinkability. Another triumph.
