Pours a cloudy golden color with a nice layer of white head. The head leaves some lacing on the glass. The smell is light and full of grain, a bit pils like. The taste is light as well, lots of yeast. The pils bitterness is here as well. Just enough grain to balance it. Nice session ale. Not much spice here.

On-tap at Tired Hands.
A- Pours a very hazy, light yellow color, topped with some white head, nice lacing.
S- Light, bready malt, hay, some floral, earthy funk and mild spice, and a bit of mild sourness, which I love and which gives this an extra dimension of complexity. The tartness and funk on this are both great.
T- Solid saison flavors, yeast, light bready grain, mild spice, earthy, hay-like funk. The tartness is still there but is more subtle.
M- Medium-bodied, moderate to low carbonation, smooth feel.
O- A really nice saison, very tasty and highly drinkable, the hint of sourness makes for an especially interesting beer.

32 oz. growler poured into a Teku snifter.
Appearance - Clear golden orange. Small white head. No lacing and minimal wisping.
Smell - Tons of pilsner malt. Smells like a German pilsner. A little yeasty.
Taste - Hoppier here, but still a bucket of pilsner malt. Earthy hops. Earthy tasting malts. Bitter. Slightly fruity and very yeasty in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Light, medium carbonation. Very drinkable.
Overall - It's decent but the grain bill is not my favorite.

A: Clear golden yellow in color. Forms a smallish white head, but there is good retention to what does form. Eventually reduces to a thick, but patchy surface coating. Moderate lacing. Visibly effervescent. In the end this looks surprisingly like a BMC beer.
S: Aroma is bready, with some lightly earthy notes. Straw, haw, green peppercorns, and a touch of spice and I swear there is a just a touch of brett in the aroma.
T: Taste is similar, but a bit different. Bready, with a mildly sweet apple juice quality. There is a bit of spice, a bit of black pepper, but both are mild. Then again, this is a fairly nuanced beer, so aside from the sweetness, nothing really sticks out. Finishes quick, crisp, and then just a faint touch of brett.
M: Light bodied. Heavier carbonation. Crisp on the finish. Mild bitterness.
O: A nice farmhouse beer. Made more in the traditional European style than the modern American style, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. Easy to drink. Mild, yet still complex enough to enjoy.

Thanks, YaKnowBrady!
Clear light golden and yellow. Small white head. Not a lot of retention, but a small ring of thin bubbles is left at the top of the liquid. Some lacing, but not a lot.
Classic saison aroma: dried grass and hay, just a bit of lemon, the mildest black pepper hint. There's a bit of a lemon rind character as well. Classic and very inviting.
The flavor, as with the aroma, is classic saison. Straightforward but defined and incredibly drinkable. Grass and hay, slight lemon flesh and zest, some pepper, low bitterness, grain, and complementing, very mild funk yeast.
Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Crisp. Flavorful. Disappearing.
Fantastic, yet simple and straightforward, saison. I like this a lot.
