"Brest Dark" - 13% beer, brewed under Reinheitsgebot. Pours reddish-brown/mahogany beer with fizzy tan head, receding quickly to a ring. Aroma is semisweet & fruity (plum jam). Taste of caramel, somewhat molasses, rather heavy for such the ABV, low drinkability, weakly expressed bitterness. Too fizzy, that indicates additional carbonization. Mediocre.
