A: Don't know how to describe the color? At first, murky orange/yellow. After it settles, more clear yellow color. A minimal white head and no lace.
S: At first I get a sulfur like aroma. Next come some wheat aromas, light lemon and citrus aromas as well. If not for the sulfur, this would be a lot better.
T: No sulfur here. Wheat, spicy coriander, with some lemon and citrus peal.
M/D: A light to medium body. Not under carbonated, but not the great crisp dryness I want in the style. Not hard to drink at all. Easy to drink and no frills.

Another one of Buffalo Bayou's many Wit variations. Probably the one that I would come back to, but there are still plenty of other local options I will go to before this again.
