Poured from the sixtel in the kegorater into a big ol' dimplestein mug.
A: light copper in color and nice, big fluffy 2" head with minimal lacing. A disk of 1 mm thick holds on forever. Active carbonation, but I induced this, see "mouthfeel" notes below for why this is...
S: Classic English hop notes of earthy/herbly nose. A little bit of that seweriness from the eurohops, but not offputtingly so.
T: Again, classic English IPA all the way, great light bitterness with all the subtle notes you want from an IPA that doesn't clonk you over the head with haziboi fruit or gangsta levels of dry hopping. It is a very, very good classic style IPA.
M: As mentioned, it is a bit heavier on the tongue if you ever had it from someone else's tap or a package....but I knew this going in and cranked the carbo on the keg a bit higher to lighten it up. Yes, the head needs to settle on it with a 2 inch head to start, but the reward once it packs down is a better, lighter mouthfeel. It is slightly chalky on ultimate finish with a pleasant bitterness lingering. Not a dry finish, maybe semi-dry is best to describe it.
O: If you like the classic English IPA with old world hop notes, you will like this beer.
NOTE: 20200722 they must sell a ton of this in Greensburg, PA. There was 4 sixtels of it ready to go in Beer Arena on Donohoe road on a random Saturday within the last two weeks. Or it was COVID glut...They were not there the week before. Maybe they made them and could not get them moved with COVID re-lockdowns.

Interesting mouth feel.... thick for an IPA. Beautiful color on this one as well! Leah drank this one quickly.
Glad to have tried a local. Oliver's Pour House, Greensburg, PA after attending a Steelers training camp session. To note.....best fried pickles.....ever!

Growler from Brewery: This one pours a hazy, orangish-coppery color. There was a small off-white head on it that left some lacing. It has a nice nose. A bit grainy, some citrus hops and a whiff of apricot and caramel malts. Not quite as bitter as most IPA’s, although there is still a bit of a bite. Good caramel malt body. A little biscuit and grainy taste on the background. A decent beer.

All Saints IPA
Pours a deep copper with amber hues. About an inch of frothy foam settles to a ring of lace. Aroma of herbal hops and caramel malts. In the taste, raw grain, and leafy tea like hop character. Malt body suggests toffee and caramel. Pretty mild with a complimentary bitterness. Medium bodied mouthfeel, with a good level of carbonation. Overall, a pretty decent IPA style beer, more in the English sense, which makes for an easy drinker.
