Clear and golden in color with a thin ring of foam. Not much aroma to speak of. It’s light bodied and light flavor with a slight hint of a honeyed biscuit malt. They say it’s never bitter but some hoppiness would give this more character—it doesn’t have to be overpowering but just a touch. Or more of a defined grain bill. Your typical blonde beer.
