22 oz. bottle served in a Pipeworks snifter. Batch # 92.

A: Pours a copper-like amber color with a yellowish head forming on the pour. It recedes slowly to a frothy collar. Some sticky sheets of lace are left down the glass.

S: Lemony and grassy with a little bit of booze. Notes of tropical fruits, mainly mango and pineapple.

T: Same as the nose. Definitely a grassy undertone with a sweet malt body. Biscuit-like with a little caramel richness. Pineapple, light pine and with just the slightest hint of alcohol on the back end. It is hidden enough that it doesn't detract from the overall flavor profile.

M: Medium plus bodied with a soft carbonation. Still really drinkable for having such a big mouthfeel and alcohol level which is impressive.

O: Definitely good. Pipeworks has this style in their wheelhouse and the just keep cranking out gems. Well done and highly drinkable for such a big beer.

22oz bomber poured into a snifter. Batch number 130. Every DIPA I've had so far from Pipeworks does not disappoint, so I'm looking forward to this one.

A- Pours a hazy and brilliant orange/ copper color. A small amount of head quickly fades to some froth along the sides of the glass.

S- Great citrus notes in the smell, including orange and grapefruit. Nice floral notes as well along with a sweet maltiness.

T- Great beer. Pine and citrus dominate the taste, balanced with some malts too. A very nice DIPA.

M- Medium bodied, well carbonated, hoppy and bitter. The alcohol is apparent in this one with each sip at 10% ABV, which I like.

Another fantastic DIPA from Pipeworks, this one might be my favorite of the unicorns I've had.

Hot dog Raul got himself some Pipeworks and it happened to be a Unicorn's revenge. After staring at the label for an hour like I was on acid, I indulged into this thing like Raul could only know how. Perfect balance between the West Coast and the East Coast. If Angelina and Brad produced a lil hottie, it would be this.

Don't get this my children. Don't get it because I want more!

Pours a clear, dark golden color with a finger of white head. Sticky lacing. Looks about right.

The nose is full of pine and ripe tropical fruits offered by the hops. Very bitter smelling with a touch of sweet malt.

The taste is very similar to the nose. Loads of hoppy offerings going on here. Pineapple and citrus meets a bitter pine flavor. Very enjoyable.

The mouthfeel is medium bodied with light carbonation.

Overall, a very fine DIPA. 3 Floyds, look out
