22oz bottle poured into a snifter. Batch number 65.

A- Pours a light and cloudy orange color. A half fingers worth of white head quickly fades to some froth along the sides of the glass.

S- This beer smells awesome. I get a huge hit of citrus as soon as the cap is popped. Grapefruit, mango, and orange dominate the smell.

T- Starts off hoppy with an astringent type aftertaste. The citrus hops from the smell carry over into the taste. I also get some piney resin hop notes. Slight bready malts in the backend also.

M- Light to medium bodied. Drinks much easier than one would think for 9.5%. Nicely hopped with a dry finish.

Pipeworks is really doing some good stuff, especially in the realm of DIPAs. I'd pick this one up again.

Poured from a 22 oz bomber, batch 81

A - Pours a hazy orange color with puffy 1.5 finger, white head.

S - Full citrus notes, grapefruit, orange, and lemon bursting out of the nose. Light floral in the background, bready malts, a little bit peppery.

T - Full mouth of hops here. Big on the floral hops, before changing to good, sweet citrusy hop bite. Finishes bitter and malty with a tinge of sting from the alcohol. Truly excellent

M - Incredibly full, yet smooth. Thick, even.

Overall - Blown away by this beer. Very, very good. A truly excellent DIPA
