On tap at the brewery. Pours a medium gold with a fine white head. Really funky aroma, lactic and barnyardy, cheesy, lemon-lime tartness. Flavor is lemon-lime meringue, big lacto influence like those unflavored probiotic drinks, and the faintest maltiness, reminiscent of pie crust or snickerdoodles. Closer to the traditional German style than the extreme American interpretations.
