12oz bottle (date code 1AA = 2011 April 1) poured into a shaker pint glass.
Appearance: Golden yellow with the slightest of haze. Persistent 1/16" dense white foam with sheets and strands of persistent lacing.
Smell: The fainest of grain and hops, and I mean really faint. I really had to give it a good swirl to even get that. Otherwise it's almost odorless.
Taste: Definite sour twang up front, followed by some slightly pine-like hops bitterness, and then a dry crisp finish. Very much like an American pale wheat.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation...quite spicy on the tongue. A little watery after the carbonation goes away. Still, the higher level of carbonation goes well with the taste - dry and crisp again.
Overall / Drinkability: Surprisingly quite drinkable for a shallow flavor profile beer. But maybe that's why it works. It's not trying too hard to wow you, it's not amazing: it's just very drinkable. Washes food down quiet well (I think this would be great with seafood) and went well with a BLT for an unofficial end of summer beer on labor day. I think it would definitely would be refreshing on a hot day as well.

A refreshing beer on a summer day leading up to our bbq. Pour well into a weizen glass and developed a lot of head with a good yellow-orange color coming through. Smelled crisp with hints of citrus, tasted clean with a smooth finish. Will definitely be having another.

Pours a light golden. Clear with lots of small carbonation rising. 2-finger fluffy white head. Good retention. A very pretty beer to look at....
Aroma is light citrus, hops, yeast. Nothing jumps out, nothing offends.
Taste is light floral hops, wheat, light malts. Sweet and grassy. Come citrus comes through [lemony].
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, cleansing. Very crisp.
Overall, a very drinkable beer. Sessionable. Refreshing.

Pours a light yellowish/orange with a finger of creamy white head with some lacing.
Tastes like a good Belgian wheat that's been watered down a little. Nice lemony/citrus bite, would be very refreshing after mowing the lawn. Slightly above average, not to be turned down.
