Poured from an 11.2 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is very cloudy orange yellow color with a small white head. The aroma has an OK smell of malt and hops. The taste is better than the aroma but it is very sour.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy deep golden color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, bread, floral, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with well balanced fruity/earthy yeast, bready malt, and hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, floral, grass, herbal, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, wheat, cracker, herbal, floral, grass, light pepper and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast, hops, and bready malt flavors; with good robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this a nice and pleasant summer saison style. Well balanced yeast, hop, and bready malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Poured into a 3 Monts tulip. Pours a cloudy pale yellow amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Active carbonation. Aroma of lemon citrus, saison yeast, apple juice; slightly funky. Flavor is dry lemon and apple juice, mixed citrus, finishes with sweet and sour citrus and lingering lemon. The yeast leans towards a saison style, but also has a slight, fuller bready component. Light bodied, but pleasant prickly carbonation. An interesting light pale ale / saison hybrid. Flavors are kind of one dimensional, but extra points for it being unique; one of the more lemon forward ales I've tasted. The picture of a bicyclist on the front is great; this would be a refreshing, citrus ale for after cycling.
