Terrible. I could even drink it. I twisted off the wire cap just slightly and the cork almost took out my eye. Foam started shooting out everywhere. I tried pouring and it smelledinfectuous fouled like bad homebrew. Couldnt get it to stop foaming so I just tossed it. Bad quality control.

The pour is a cloudy yellow color with a huge white head. Bananas and pears with lots of spice. A bit of yeast, some straw, and a strange corn aroma. The flavor has a very weird note of creamed corn to it, which I can’t really get passed. Sweet malt, fruits, and some mild spices. A touch of yeast, some grass, straw, and mild bitterness.

Appearance: Arrives with a hazy honey color that leaves a few strands behind
Smell: Bread, bubblegum, white pepper and green apple esters
Taste: Bready, up front, with a developing green apple character; herbal coriander, grains of paradise and bubblegum appear by mid-palate; the beer grows progressively sweeter, after the swallow, bringing an herbal, green apple finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: An interesting take with good complexity but the beer suffers from being too sweet

On tap at the Draught House during the RateBeer Winter Gathering.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has some citrus and floral notes from the hops, as well as some biscuit notes from the malt. The flavor is more of the same. I get a lot of toffee and biscuit malts, as well as a little bit of Belgian yeast and spice notes. There is also a little bit of orange citrus. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Cork blew off with literally no effort, the head was frothy which is typical for this style. This is a belgian blonde but didnt have that cat. The smell is fruity, estery, with hop nose. The taste is a little off hard to explain, but the sters come through and make for an easy drinking beer. Overall descent for one of their first beers
