Served on cask. Poured into a pint glass. This is a really nice mild. One of the best I've had outside of England. Dead on for the style. Light and easy to drink but still has really nice depth and complexity. Great blend of English malts and hops. Smooth, creamy body is well carbonated. Perfect beer to be served on cask. Pours a nice amber brown with a silky beige head.

Pours a clear, amber color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hops, yeast, and a hint of floral hops. Fits the style of an English Pale Mild Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hops, hint of citrus, slight dry hop, and slight caramel malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, feel, and body.

Pours a light brown with a thick white head that fades fast and leaves nice lace.
The aroma was of nutty, toasted malsts with a bitter orange, and lemon zest.
Bitter finish with citrus hops on top of a toasted nutty grain.
Overall, easy to drink, balanced beer, a bit watery.

First had: on cask at their brewpub
Poured a slightly hazy amber with a moderate foamy white head. Served cask-conditioned, near room temperature. Straightforward malts on the nose, and just a hint of mild earthy hops. Bready taste, nutty, mildly sweet malts, and subdued earthy hops. A bit flat, but not too atypical of the style. Smooth and medium-bodied, and overall drinkable, but perhaps too bland for some people.
