Congrats to Phantom Canyon on another tasty barrel aged brew. Pours a blackish mahogany with a thin tan head. Nose has bready malts, nuts, caramel, roasted malts, oak and whiskey. Barrel aging is very well balanced with the other flavors. Sweet, roasty and Stranahan barrels! Full body has a delicate carbonation. Perfect for the style. Fantastic stuff.
