Notes:
The Centennial hop is the centerpiece of our American Red Ale. Reprise pushes the limits of a single hop with an amazing bouquet and stunning bitterness all the way through. The citrus character provides an experience you will want to repeat. Reprise is crimson in color with aromas of citrus fruit and biscuit malt.

Poured from the tap a dark amber-orange color with two fingers of creamy white head.
Aroma of grapefruit and pine and a hint of malts.
Big taste of juicy grapefruit and piney hops. Nice malty note in the back for balance. Bitter bite to the finish.
Medium bodied with a moderate carbonation.
Very nice and highly recommended.

Received as an extra from Stringer_Bell- thanks! Appearance is a somewhat murky dark red with a thin layer of head the leaves thin lines of lacing. The aroma has a deep earthiness with grapefruit, wood, tea leaves, and rye. The taste starts with a malty sweetness which quickly gives way to deep earthy hop tones. Notes of caramel, rye, grass, grapefruit, and pine wood come through on the flavor. The taste is progressively bitter as it passes the palate and have the most bitter tones at the end. Mouthfeel is moderate with appropriate carbonation. Overall, this doesn't feature the brightness I would want with a centennial single hopped brew, this is a nice earthy and malt forward IPA.

Not sure how old this beer is, but hope it's relatively fresh.
The beer pours a rusty brown with a generous amount of sticky off-white head. The nose is mildly bitter without sweetness. The taste presents all bite and no bark, all penetration and no foreplay...it's just a super bitter mess with none of the redeeming hop characteristics I look for in a good red ale. The mouthfeel is equally terrible as no caramel sweetness precedes or follows the bitterness...it's just grapefruit rind all day. I did not enjoy this beer and think it could use a lot more sweetness.

Bomber poured into a Duvel tulip. Mostly clear red body, with a bit of amber hue. Three-finger tan head that dissipates to a foamy cap and leave a bit of lacing down the glass.
The aroma is not overwhelming, but is a solid mix of citrus and pine hop notes, followed by some bready malt.
The flavor takes a bit of a left turn from the aroma, but not necessarily in a bad way, in the the pine resin dominates the hop flavor. Very little citrus. Also, the malt balances much more in the flavor, and although the biscuity malt is present, there is a just a hint of a darker/roasted flavor to malt. Overall, a very hop-forward offering.
Medium mouthfeel with the oily hop texture present. Very drinkable and a solid brew by 4 Hands.
