Poured this American Pale Lager from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. It poured a clear straw color, produced a thin white head, below average retention, and left a below average amount of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of pale malt with some citric hop aroma. Light in body, the mouthfeel is nice for a Pale Lager, the backbone of this ale is of pale malt, it is slightly sweet, and has a decent amount of citrus hops. Nice clean finish, outside of the poor retention and being a little thin it is a decent example of a pale later, nice alternative to Bud and Miller.

This is a nice light beer. It looks a little clear, maybe watery, but it's a lighter lager. Not sure you want it dark, or heavy. Not much of a smell to speak of. The taste is smooth. Sipping these poolside or at a summer picnic, will not be a problem. It's a tasty, smooth lager. Something, that's not all that popular or common today. I like it alot.

Clear and yellow/tan with a surprisingly decent head, lots of bubbles, some lace.

Aroma is quite subdued, with some graininess and a little sweetness.

Taste is ok, not great but decent enough. A little sweetness accents a primarily grainy flavor, with a little touch of hops, but not really enough.

Body is pretty good. It's got a bit of thickness to it, despite being quite easy to drink and well carbonated.

Overall it's decent enough for the masses. Won't make the craft beer front page but it ain't bad. Needs more hops, this would greatly improve this beer.

A - Poured out a clear, golden-orange color with almost no head. It left no lacing.

S - It smelled of caramel and faint floral notes.

T - It tasted of sweet caramel and grains. There was a mild spicy hop bitterness.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied lager with a dry finish.

O - This is okay. There are better pale lagers out there.

Just a blah beer all around. Pours out clear with good carbonation and little to no head retention.
Smell is Bud/Bud Lite/Busch. Nothing stands out.
Taste isn't bad it just isn't all that good either.
Mouthfeel is too clean for my tastes. Little to no retention here too.
Overall just a plain jane beer that would be good in a can while sitting on the lawnmower.

Pale straw color and completely transparent. Weak head forms with poor retention and some lacing.

Smell is clean with bread grains and leafy hops.

This actually tastes a lot better than I expected. Smooth, unskunked pale malt and corn husk flavors. Spinach leaf hop flavor. Descent balance and crisp finish.

Light feel as expected. Way overcarbonated! No surprise since this was certainly force carbonated.

Overall a descent lager and much better than most brews coming from AB. I decided to keep an open mind when trying this and was pleasantly surprised. Not something I am going to drink on a regular basis but I would choose this over Budweiser.

A: Pours a clear golden color with a fluffy head that fades to bits of lacing.

S: Mild aroma of malt sweetness, bit of hops and some fresh grain. Smell is fresh and clean.

T: Taste of mild sweetness, grain and hint of citrus. Mild bitterness and a clean finish.

F: Light body, crisp, smooth and refreshing.

O: Nice beer for what it is. Nothing fancy just a good alternative to the BMC offerings. Worth a try.
