I'm glad this place made the BA list.
Now, someone should give it some love.
Is a beautiful bar on the inside. Have been there twice. Once to drink...and once for dinner. Both times were memorable events.
The 2nd time there, (the dinner), was pretty good. Had a Chick Parm sandwich. Was served with panache' by a pleasent waiter.
He also informed me, this place would soon change it's name in Jan to...

At dinner....like the 1st time....
I had a rarafied beer there that the knowlegable bartender, (Kevin), told me he was trying to get for 4 yrs.
"Damnation"
From that Russian River Brewing Co. Is on the
BA list as a 92.
Comes from the same brewery as the #1 beer on the list, "Pliny the Younger"...and a good bunch of their other beers are on that list too---including "Pliny the Elder"...I believe that is # 13, at the time of this review.
They are ALL hard to find here in Philly area.
Yeat's has a nice selection of beer. Not overwhelming, but certainly not small. Their drafts, tho varied, had nothing of true note for my taste, but they have a nice handful of good Belgians, including Duvel and the 2 Grimbergens, among others
And of course---"Damnation"...which lives up to it's rep. It WAS one of the best beers, I've ever had. Just like I expected.
Tho it still ain't in Duvel's class
Nice place.
