The Beer Cafe is a nice attempt by Pradeep (ex Carlsberg) to create a "come walkabout" kind of a beer bar. Relaxed and casual atmosphere, a very decent selection of beers from Germany and Belgium and the usual suspects like Leffe and Hoegaarden. They also stock up on some Brooklyn beers, thats as much hops as you can get. The prices are on the higher side though, so thats a deterrent. I mean, there are bars in the same mall that serve some common brands at a much lesser price, so thats a downer. Food quality needs to be improved drastically though. The good part is the service orientation and the knowledge levels of the staff are fairly better, only relatively though.
