Good location at Federation Square. Has an extensive beer list and a good number of taps to choose from. They now carry more aussie craft beers than they did a few years ago. The service can vary from time to time but overall it is quite good. Didn’t try the food but looks pretty good. Nice place for a break when you are in the CBD. Also it is not far from Young & Jackson.

Visited on a week day afternoon at five or so in January.
The place is large and sits astride many areas, in the atrium of Fed Square, indoor, and outdoor. Upstairs was shut. We sat in the atrium, a bad idea, Ok for people watching but the cafe spills out next door into the atrium as well, so it has all the atmosphere of a cafe full of chatting Mums, and none of a pub. Inside was empty, with long tables and high stools. I suspect. however it would be packed on 5 on Fridays...
Bar list on tap is OK-ish, bottled is better. I personally do not go to bars to drink bottled beer, however. Choice to me was a Bridge Rd Bar Series which was solid, not good. Little else to tempt.
Service was OK, nothing out of ordinary. Beer talk did not happen.
Did not have food.
Many better venues in Melbourne.

A modern split level building just off Federation Square Melbounre. Some nice areas outside, but both the bar area and the upstairs restaurant are a little stark.
A good range of (generally local) beers on tap that seem to be rotated to some extent. The beer bible (menu) has a selection of 100+ bottled beers. It also includes a brief insight to beer styles etc.
Service is prompt and efficient.
Food is fairly standard pub fare done to a good quality. Nothing too adventurous - go more for the beer and eat if you feel you need to.
Given that is in the heart of Melbourne in an area frequented by tourists the prices are acceptable.

Split level bar/pub right in the middle of the Federation Square tourist area.
Nice outdoor areas to people watch. Inside is,modern with wooden tables and chairs to make it less sterile. Decent feel to the place.
Seems to cater to craft, but more as a stepping stone. Tap beers are gateway beers, the bottle list is more intetesting.
Service is ok, better than the average pub, but nothing amazing.
Tap selection is pretty local, and while craft it lacks inspiration. Bottle list is good and seems to cover the beer styles well.
Food was good, had a gnocchi dish that was a little small, but tasted alright.
Prices are highish, but given the area and target market seem to be close to fair.
Worth going to, decent bottle list, but if you go out you'd want a more exciting tap list if you are a beer nerd.
